The Intensive Biology Course which is aimed at Leaving Certificate higher level students,will take place this April 2020.
Venue: The Study Hub Loughrea
Time: 9am -12pm
Dates: Monday 13th and Tuesday 14th of April 2020

What to expect?
Each student will receive a set of concise notes covering a range of topics. They will also be given guidance on how to optimize their time in the exam ensuring they are aware of the papers layout and sections.
Topics covered over the two days will include:
All of Unit 1: Scientific Method, Characteristics of Life, Biomolecules and Food and Ecology.
Unit 2: Cell structure, Cell diversity, Osmosis, Cell Division, Enzymes, Respiration and Photosynthesis.
Unit 3: Human Nutrition, Nervous System, Endocrine System, Excretion and Human Reproduction.
Students will also receive extra exam questions not found in their exam papers along with a separate booklet focusing on mandatory experiments!
